Since 1960, the cooperative of blacksmiths known as "Stubai Werkzeugindustrie" guarantees quality. STUBAI Werkzeugindustrie reg.Gen.m.b.H. is the mother of the companies acting under the brand STUBAI. 24 businesses are part of this cooperative. Each one is specialized on a specific category of products. The cooperative provides a strong umbrella, supports the brand name, and is responsible for marketing, distribution, and logistics. Environmentalism is an important objective of the long-standing cooperative. Stubai Werkzeugindustrie reg.Gen.m.b.H is a bearer of the Austrian State coat of arms for a reason. We responsibly carry this distinction to many export markets and so not only represent our company, but also our home country. Today, the brand STUBAI is represented in over 60 countries.



In Asutria's biggest glacier ski resort, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the convenience of 26 gondolas and lifts. Guests from all over the world can comfortably reach one of the most fascinating mountain worlds of Tyrol in only a 45-minute drive from Innsbruck. 34 downhills in the ski area amidst impressive 3,000m peaks offer the perfect challenge for all kinds of skiing ability. Beginners as well as advanced skiers equally enjoy gliding down the pistes covered by natural and powdery snow. The absolute highlight for really fit skiers is the 10 km (!) downhill from the Wildspitz (3,210 m) to the top terminal (1,750 m). What is very reassuring about the "Kingdom of Snow" is that is guarantees snow from October until June. Thus, it is for a reason that also the Powder Department, a freeride skiing and snowboarding paradise, as well as the Moreboards Stubai Zoo, a snow terrain park with a variety of challenges for young freeride skiers and snowboarders, are located here. Delicious prospects for all styles... Exactly! You can dine at the Schaufelspitz, the highest-located Gault Millau-awarded restaurant of the Alps, as well as in many other restaurants located in the ski resort.


The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen are committed to use resources efficiently. By creating a snow management center, we got a head start on the cost-efficient use of the materials needed for creating artificial snow. The snow management center is a prime example of how to optimize resources. In order to works as efficiently as possible, four of our buildings will soon be equipped with photovoltaic panels.
